We are sisters and moms who struggled to find quality care for our little ones. We made it our mission to find a team of reliable and trustworthy sitters to ensure we always had care for any events, work, date nights or just time away from the house to get errands done.

We started by recruiting and vetting local sitters and soon realized this was a universal issue for many local CT families! It quickly became our passion to help other families find the same quality care with flexible availability that we would use for our own kids, and we do! This has created a community of families for sitters to have consistent work as well and keeps our team of sitters busy and engaged!

Our vision is to maintain the exceptional quality of care, while bringing the process of finding a sitter to the new age with easy access technology. We personally manage the recruitment and onboarding of every Sitter Connect sitter to alleviate time and effort off families who are searching for reliable care. Parents have enough to juggle as it is; we want to help you find a few perfect sitters for your family so you are never without care for your children!
